Role Description

McCorry Brown Earthmoving Pty Ltd is a leading provider of earthmoving and civil construction services in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. With more than 35 years of industry experience, we are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong safety and sustainability standards.

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Agitator Truck Operator to join our team.

You will be responsible for the transport and delivery of premixed concrete in accordance with McCorry Brown Earthmoving’s quality and safety systems. The role also involves batching concrete and supporting daily plant and yard operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Concrete Production Manager, supporting concrete production, delivery, and daily yard operations to meet business objectives and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate agitator trucks safely and efficiently
  • Assist Batch concrete to required specifications
  • Deliver concrete to job sites on time
  • Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of plant and equipment
  • Assist with general yard duties and plant operations
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers

Requirements:

  • Valid HR (or appropriate) driver’s licence
  • Experience in concrete batching and/or agitator driving preferred
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work early mornings and occasional weekends
  • Good communication skills
  • Commitment to workplace safety
