As an AZ Driver you will deliver and recover a variety of equipment, tools and supplies to and from customer work sites. This role generally requires driving a Class A truck hauling equipment on a flatbed (dovetail) or RGN (lowboy) trailer in a variety of conditions, including urban, suburban, and rural settings. Ability to drive safely in tight settings such as construction zones is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and recover equipment, tools, and supplies to customer work sites.
- Operate and maintain a Class A truck with flatbed or lowboy trailers.
- Ensure safe driving in a variety of environments, including construction zones.
- Perform minor troubleshooting and repairs to equipment and vehicle at job sites.
- Provide customer service during interactions on the job site.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Physical Demands
Require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, working indoors and outdoors as needed.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license with AZ license and acceptable driver’s record.
Required Skills
- Prior training and/or experience with similar commercial equipment preferred.
- Experience driving flat-beds, RGN/lowboy, and dovetail trailers.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to equipment and vehicle.
- Strong customer service attitude.
Compensation
