Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Boat Driver located in Marsaskala. The Boat Driver will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of vessels, assisting guests with boarding and disembarking, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include conducting routine boat checks, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and assisting with basic maintenance tasks to ensure all vessels are seaworthy and operational.
Qualifications
- Experience operating boats and a valid license or certification for maritime navigation
- Proficiency in Communication and providing excellent Customer Service
- Truck Driving or similar transportation skills, including a valid CDL Class A, are considered an asset
- Strong attention to safety protocols and maritime regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and effectively manage time
- Physical stamina and comfort with outdoor and water-based environments
- Experience in hospitality or tourism industries is advantageous
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus
