Duties
- Safely transport children to and from designated locations following assigned routes and schedules
- Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Ensure all children are properly secured and follow safety procedures at all times
- Maintain accurate attendance and transportation records
- Communicate effectively with school staff regarding schedules, delays, or concerns
- Follow all state, local, and Chroma Early Learning Academy transportation policies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bus environment
Requirements
- Valid Georgia Driver’s License (CDL preferred or willingness to obtain if required)
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks
- Previous experience driving a school bus or large passenger vehicle preferred
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Schedule
- Morning and afternoon routes (before and after school hours)
- Additional hours may be available for field trips or special events
