Baggett Hiring CDL A Flatbed Drivers | $3,000 Sign On Bonus.
When you’re a Company Truck Driver with Baggett, you’re in the driver’s seat of your career. Dispatch will work to keep you in preferred lanes and get you consistent home time. We use flatbed and stepdeck trailers, hauling an assortment of specialized freight across the United States.

To qualify with Baggett Transportation, you must meet the following criteria:
- Must have 1 year over the road driving experience in the last 5 years
- Cannot have a speeding ticket with 15 miles over the speed limit
- Cannot have more than 3 moving / speeding violations in the last 3 years (and only 1 of thse in the last 12 months
- Cannot have more than 2 preventable accidents in 3 years
- Cannot have a traffic violation arising in connection with a fatal traffic accident
- Must not have failed a drug or alcohol test (random, pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion)
- Must not have refused a drug or alcohol test
- Team trucks cannot be older than 10 years, solos cannot be older than 12 years.
- Secret Clearance Requirements (for team drivers only):
- Must not have been convicted of a felony
- Must not have had a bankruptcy or repossession in 7 years
- Must not be currently 90 days delinquent in bills
- Must not have had a dishonorable discharge
