Schneider is looking for a dedicated team truck driver to haul freight in dry van trailers across the Midwest and South. Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 3 months of experience.
Responsibilities
- Haul 100% no-touch freight in dry van trailers.
- 10‑15 loads per week with 2‑4 stop‑offs per load.
- Take your dog or cat on the road with our Team Pet Policy.
Pay and bonus
- Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
- $6,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
- Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
- Annual bonus:
Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
Qualifications
- Must be a formed team and live within 100 miles of each other.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
