TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support Local operations based in Mansfield, MA. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
CDL A Driver Details:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6 am start, 8-9 hour shifts, home daily
- Pay: $29/hr, $1,400/week + $2k Sign On Bonus
- Route Type: Local, Shuttle runs
- Freight / Load Type: Machinery parts
- Equipment: Automatic
- Handling: No-touch
CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements:
- License: CDL A
- Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Equipment Experience: Similar experience preferred
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL A Driver Responsibilities:
- Safely operate equipment on shuttle runs
- Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
- Meet the physical demands of the role
