We are seeking experienced CDL-A regional drivers to join our team and operate within our designated area. As a top-paying carrier, solo drivers can earn between $73,000 and $85,000 annually, with regular performance reviews and potential raises every six months.
- Compensation: Base pay based on miles ($73k-$85k/year), with additional accessorial pay for layovers, stops, breakdowns, and on-time delivery bonuses, adding 5-7 CPM. Fuel incentives add an extra 1 CPM, and drivers receive an annual 1 CPM increase based on tenure. Qualified drivers can earn up to an extra $7,400/year through our ELITE Driver Program.
- Schedule & Benefits: Home every weekend, paid all miles (address-to-address), weekly pay, and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, free life insurance, disability coverage, paid vacation and holidays, and paid orientation and sick leave. Riders and pets are welcome at no cost, with paid vacation and holidays.
- Equipment & Facilities: Modern headquarters and terminal amenities, new trucks (up to 2 years old), and safety equipment provided.
- Requirements: Valid Class A license and at least 1 year of recent commercial driving experience. Candidates with a criminal record are encouraged to apply.
