Pay
- Average Weekly Gross Pay Depends on Experience
- Up to 80 CPM With an Average of 2,800-3,300 Miles a Week
- $20-$25 Additional Pay:
Stop, Layover, Detention, If Applicable
Bonus Types
- $10,000 Sign‑on Bonus Paid Out as Follows:
- $1,000 at 30, 60, and 90 Days; $2,000 at 6 and 12 Months; $3,000 at 18 Months

- 2018 or Newer Freightliner Cascadias’ Stand‑up Double Bunks. Lots of room for you!
- Governed Speed: 68-70 mph, depending on the assigned unit
Supplemental Pay Types
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 6 months of verifiable tractor‑trailer driving experience with a clean driving record
- No Careless or Reckless Driving in the past 10 years
- Must meet Department of Transportation (Use the “Apply for this Job” box below). and physical requirements, qualify for a minimum of 1-2 year medical card, and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
- Must be able to pass a required pre‑employment drug screen
- No preventable accidents in the last 3 years (willing to review if minor)
- No more than any combination of 2 minor moving violations and/or preventable DOT accidents in the previous 12 months.
- No more than any combination of 4 minor moving violations and/or preventable DOT accidents in the previous 36 months.
- Not DUI/OWI/Reckless Driving/Reckless Homicide or Involuntary Manslaughter while operating a Motor Vehicle/Leaving the scene of an accident/Assault with a Motor Vehicle/Fleeing or Eluding police within 60 months.
- Felonies need to be 5 years old from the conviction date in order to be considered.
