With hands‑on training from a certified mentor and competitive solo pay, you’ll gain the experience you need to build a successful OTR driving career.
Benefits

- Paid orientation & training
- Weekly solo pay: $1,200–$1,500 on average
- Home time: daily, weekly & every 2 weeks based on location

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Completed 120‑hour CDL school
- Pass a road test and drug screen at orientation
- No recent major moving violations
- No recent terminations within the past 6 months
- No Clearinghouse violations
- SAP drivers not accepted at this time
