Local Work Hourly Pay Home Every Night
Join a growing local intermodal carrier with over 43 years of success serving the Seattle/Tacoma area. We’re looking for experienced, safety-focused CDL Class A drivers who take pride in their work and want consistent local routes with competitive pay and excellent benefits.
Compensation & Benefits
- Earn up to $110,000 annually
- Earn up to an additional $6,000 per year through our Safety & Performance Bonus Program ($1,500 paid quarterly)
- Hourly pay with overtime after 40 hours per week
- Home every night
- No-touch freight
- Assigned trucks (no slip seating)
- Paid holidays after 90 days

- 72 hours of PTO annually for personal use
- Starting hourly wage based on experience (DOE)
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
We value drivers with experience in:
- TWIC card
- Seattle and Tacoma port operations
- Rail yard operations
- 4-axle truck operation
- Overweight load hauling
- Hazmat endorsement (preferred, not required)
- Excellent attendance and a strong record of punctuality
- Safe driving history and professional attitude
Winter Driving Requirements
Because our operations continue year-round, applicants must have experience driving commercial vehicles over mountain passes during winter conditions. Drivers should be familiar with:
- Washington State chain requirements and regulations
- Installing, removing, and safely operating with tire chains
- Driving in snow, ice, and other adverse weather conditions
- Making safe decisions regarding winter weather and mountain pass travel
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Current TWIC card (required)
- Recent Class A tractor-trailer driving experience
- Ability to pass all DOT pre-employment requirements
Equipment & Support
Our professional maintenance shop is staffed 18 hours per day, with 24/7 on-call support to keep our drivers moving safely.
