Role: Experienced CDL Driver responsible for operating Front Load and Roll Off trucks for waste collection and disposal.
Key Duties
- Vehicle Operation: Safely operate heavy-duty trucks, maneuvering in tight spaces and challenging terrains.
- Route & Schedule: Follow assigned routes, communicate with dispatch, and ensure timely service.
- Waste Handling: Use front-end lifts for containers and secure roll-off containers for transport.
- Inspections & Maintenance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, report issues.
- Customer Service: Provide courteous service, address customer concerns.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to DOT, OSHA, and environmental regulations.
- Documentation: Complete route sheets, logs, and incident reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid CDL with endorsements
- Experience with heavy-duty trucks, preferably Front Load or Roll Off
- Ability to lift, climb, and handle heavy equipment
- Knowledge of traffic laws and safety protocols
- Independent worker with good communication skills
