**Job Overview:**
We are seeking Independent Contractor Drivers to join our team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting students with special needs From house to school in the morning, and from school to house in the afternoon.
**Responsibilities:**
– Safe operation
– Transport students between locations on time.
– Communicate effectively with dispatchers, students, and team members
– Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
– Adhere to traffic laws and regulations while on the road
– Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle maintenance
**Skills:**
– Good driving
– Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and students
– Great attention to detail to ensure accurate transportation.
