Fed Ex Canada is seeking two full-time Couriers, scheduled Tuesday to Saturday.
Your role includes ensuring package delivery accuracy while providing exceptional customer service. You’ll be responsible for lifting, loading, and transporting parcels, and must meet a minimum threshold in mandatory driver assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate timely pick-up and delivery of packages
• Ensure shipments meet service quality standards
• Maintain records of deliveries and customer interactions
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout all engagements
• Adapt to varying schedules and holidays based on business needs
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent educational background
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and manage up to 150 lbs
• One year of customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of Fed Ex operations and Canadian Customs is an asset
