About The Company
Our client is a fast-growing U.S.-based logistics and on-demand delivery platform. We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist focused on Driver Communications, responsible for supporting driver network in real time and ensuring smooth delivery operations.
This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to grow within technology-driven logistics operations.
Role Overview
You will serve as the primary support contact for drivers, assisting them through live communication channels, solving operational issues, and escalating cases when needed to maintain service quality.
The position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDriver Support & Communication
- Serve as the main point of contact for drivers via real-time chat and support channels
- Provide professional, timely, and clear assistance
- Help drivers resolve operational issues during active deliveries
Problem Resolution & Escalation
- Troubleshoot issues in real time
- Escalate complex issues quickly when necessary
- Ensure drivers remain confident and supported
Documentation & Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and incidents
- Log notes and updates to ensure operational continuity
Operations Collaboration
- Work closely with internal operations teams
- Support a collaborative environment during peak demand periods
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics support, or operations environments
- Strong written English communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently in remote teams
- Flexible availability due to rotating schedules
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience supporting drivers, field teams, or gig/on-demand operations
Schedule Requirements (important)
- Four (4) shifts per week
- Each shift is 10 hours
- Schedule assigned monthly
Flexibility Required
- Workdays and start times may change week to week
- Schedule rotation occurs throughout the month
Weekend Coverage
- 3?4 weekend shifts per month required
- Weekend shifts may fall on Saturdays and/or Sundays
Strong schedule flexibility is essential due to the live operations environment.
