Join Ocado Logistics as a Customer Service Team Member and be part of delivering quality goods on time, ensuring customers receive a great experience. In this role you will drive and deliver groceries, use automated technology to pre‑plan routes and pre‑load your van, and work across weekdays, evenings and weekends to maximise customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Deliver groceries and other products to customers on time.
- Drive a van safely within the UK/EU driving licence requirements.
- Follow route plans generated by Ocado’s automated scheduling system.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Provide friendly customer service and respond to enquiries.
Requirements
- Full UK or EU driving licence
- Minimum 12 months driving experience
- Maximum of 6 penalty points
- No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
- Over 18 to handle alcohol deliveries
- Good communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: £13.38 per hour, with evening and weekend premiums (basic night premium £1.12, Sunday day premium £1.28, Sunday evening premium £2.51).
- Overtime rates:
Monday‑Saturday day shift £15.94, Monday‑Saturday evening shift £17.06. - Pay cycle:
Lunar—paid every 4 weeks. - All breaks are paid.

Work Schedule
- Permanent contract, 37.5‑hour week.
