This is a fully onsite position, paying up to $26/hour based on experience.
Schedule
Responsibilities
- Coordinate driver schedules and assign routes based on daily needs
- Act as the main point of contact for drivers, helping with directions, updates, and issues throughout the day
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to keep deliveries running smoothly
- Make real-time adjustments to schedules as things change
- Review driver paperwork and ensure compliance with safety and DOT guidelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve any delivery or service issues
- Provide status updates to customers and help manage expectations
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of GPS and routing systems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
