About the Role
As a core member of our distribution team, you will be expected to
- Perform all functions in the distribution warehouse(s) including; loading, checking, lift/jack movement, housekeeping, inventory checks, and QC related procedures.
- Work as a team in a fast paced environment to meet departmental minimum requirements for units per hour and accuracy.
- Work in our frozen warehouse with your primary duty being a Certified Lift Operator (CLO).

- Flexibility to work daily overtime as needed
Essential Duties
- Ablity to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly
- Ability to work in an extreme cold environment reaching temperatures below -20oF
- Capable of pushing/pulling up to 2000 lbs. for an extended amount of time (on carts, dollies, pallets) within temperatures of -20oF
- Must be able to stand and walk for upwards of 12 miles per shift while maintaining footing on icy/slippery floors
- Ability to use proper lifting/bending techniques from ground level to over the head at times
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Successfully complete OSHA certification for powered industrial vehicles
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Primary duty as a Certified Lift Operator (CLO)

Pay
Base Pay Rate $22.64 / hour – $24.99 / hour
Freezer Premium $1.25 / hour
Shift Differential $0.50 / hour
Certified Lift Operator Premium $1.00 / hour
Heavy Equipment Operator Preimium $0.50 / hour
