Job Responsibilities:
- Safely transport the assigned senior executive to appointments, meetings, and outstation trips as required.
- Ensure timely daily pick-up from residence to office and other designated locations as instructed.
- Plan travel routes efficiently to ensure smooth and punctual journeys, taking traffic and road conditions into consideration.
- Provide support for travel-related administrative tasks and other assigned administrative duties when required.
- Ensure safety and security at all times in accordance with the Company’s guidelines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding schedules, movements, and all company-related matters.
- Keep the assigned vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in good condition on a daily basis.
- Report any vehicle defects or issues immediately to ensure timely repair and maintenance.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a valid Malaysian Class D driving license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a personal driver or company driver.
- Familiar with Klang Valley routes, road networks, and navigation systems.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including responding to ad hoc or last-minute requests when required.
- Professional, courteous, trustworthy, and dependable.
- Good knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and upkeep would be an added advantage.
