Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Driver role based in Lagos. The Driver will be responsible for safely operating assigned vehicles to transport clients, household members, or goods as required, following all traffic laws and company policies. Daily tasks include planning routes, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs, performing basic vehicle inspections, and reporting any maintenance needs. The Driver will help load and unload items when necessary, keep the vehicle clean and presentable, and maintain accurate records of trips. The role also involves respectful interaction with clients and coordination with the Goldenhand Domestic Service team to support overall household operations.
Qualifications
- Strong driving skills, including safe operation of a car in various traffic and weather conditions.
- Valid CDL Class A license or equivalent professional driving certification, with a clean driving record.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating schedules, following instructions, and providing clear updates.
- Customer Service skills to interact courteously and professionally with clients and household members.
- Good knowledge of Lagos routes and traffic patterns, with strong navigation and time-management abilities.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle checks and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Reliability, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility in handling people and property.
- Previous professional driving experience in domestic service, logistics, or related fields is an advantage.
