Role: Driver responsible for retrieving and delivering in-kind donations across the Tampa Bay area, serving as an ambassador to donors.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle maintenance inspections daily.
- Coordinate pickups and deliver donations from various locations.
- Build and maintain donor relationships through regular routes.
- Maintain accurate donation records and follow procedures.
- Demonstrate respect for donors and their property.
- Contribute to team goals and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School diploma or GED required.
- At least two years of driving experience; professional driving and customer service preferred.
- Valid Florida Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations; forklift certification optional.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; effective communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in diverse, faith-based environment with maturity, sensitivity, and professionalism.
Physical & Other Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, endure outdoor conditions, and perform physical tasks such as climbing and bending.
- Must pass background checks and be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Flexibility to work during holidays and special events.
- Valid vehicle and insurance required.
