The Nurses and Midwives Council of Ghana invites application for the position of a Driver.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Conveys official's goods and equipment to and from designated destination
- Performs daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and minor maintenance tasks on assigned vehicles
- Ensures periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed and reported
- Prepares trip reports
- Provides safety briefing to officials and prepares accident and incident reports as and when necessary
The Person
Qualification Required & Experience
- Should have a minimum of WASSCE/SSSCE Certificate
- Should have a valid driving licence not below D
- Should have a certificate from an accredited driving institute
- Must have a minimum of six (6) years post licence relevant work experience
Skills And Competencies
- Must be trustworthy with a sense of integrity
- Have excellent leadership skills
- Ability to co-ordinate work across different geographical locations
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good knowledge of changing technology in transport management
