Main Purpose Of Job
To assist and support Service Advisors with the arrangement of vehicles at customer reception. Arrange & park all customer’s appointment/collection vehicles and assist workshop vehicles with Workshop Controllers/Supervisors.
To support moving vehicles for repair vehicles.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate with the Service Advisor and Workshop Controller in tracking/monitoring/facilitating vehicle movement.
- Guides customers to park safely and show customers the way to service reception.
- Assist to Places floor paper mats and seat covers including steering wheel protection on the vehicle at service reception, and/or during collection/ delivery
- To Support drives/handing over vehicles to the service advisor, parking lot, workshop, etc.
- Supporting when picking up / delivery of the vehicle (Management approval only) to sign all necessary documents for Service Advisors with customers.
- Provides & prepare customer vehicles for pick up in front of the service center at the end of the service process.
- Assist in movement of vehicle between multiple service/repair sites.
- Any other ad-hoc assignment that may be tasked from time to time.
Requirement
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
- Good driving record with safe driving practices.
- Comfortable driving different makes and models of vehicles, including premium vehicles.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a workshop environment.
- Responsible, punctual and customer service-oriented.
