As a Driver Care Manager, you will coordinate and support over 150 international drivers, ensuring smooth operational execution, compliance, and high driver satisfaction.
This is not an administrative role.
This is an operational control position.
You’re Looking For
- Full professional fluency in English, Romanian, and Russian (spoken & written)
- Strong MS Office skills and confident use of office systems
- Excellent time management and ability to work with strict deadlines
- Proven ability to manage high-volume operations (150+ drivers)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Operational discipline and structured thinking
- Decision-making ability under pressure
- Leadership mindset and ownership mentality
- Positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
Responsibilities:
- Planning drivers (going to work/coming home);
- Keep relation with assigned drivers;
- Maintaining updated data of drivers documents;
- Working in the company’s soft
- Solving issues showing up during the working process;
- Register complaints from the drivers and solves them;
- Salary Information support drivers;
