Schedule
- Sunday through Friday, start time between 5p.m. to 12a.m. until the work is done.
- All driver helpers receive two consecutive nights off every week, and everyone gets Saturday off.
- Generally, you’ll work between 40 to 45+ hours per week during a 4 days 10-hour shift (OR) a 5 days 8-hour shift based on the routes available and the restaurants we serve.

Equipment You will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and around-the-clock resources, including
- Tractor Brand new Kenworth T680 automatic tractor with leather, air ride seats; truck GPS; rear and side view cameras when reversing
- Trailer 48” Great Dane featuring electric side lift gates with gutter guard and tandem lights over rear tires.
- Power Sleds Battery-powered pallet jacks to easily move product into restaurants.
- Mobile Devices Samsara devices, a mobile app that shows where to park and unload at each restaurant and ELD charging in the cab.
- In House Maintenance Team Chick-fil-A Supply onsite mechanics keep equipment running smoothly.
Efficiency and Organization
- Completing the pre-trip checklist and preparing equipment for safe, efficient use
- Conducting trip planning to confirm the optimal route and road conditions
- Ensuring the driver is aware of the route plan and any exceptions to the normal delivery sequence
- Helping the driver safely navigate and position the truck for deliveries
- Assisting with unloading product at Restaurants in an accurate, organized manner
- Organizing and maintaining control of all shipping documents throughout each
- Assisting the driver with collection of all equipment (such as carts and pallets) or product returns from Restaurants
Safety First
- Ensuring all food safety protocols are followed during delivery, with special attention given to temperature integrity and preventing damage and contamination
- Communicate any potential service interruptions (i.e., scheduling discrepancies or security risks) to the MDC
- Ensuring mistakes are handled gracefully and professionally by executing "Remarkable Recovery"
- Ensuring all product and equipment loaded on trailer is secured for transit between stops

- High school or equivalent (e.g., GED)
