Benefits You Can Count On
- Pay Rate:
Drivers make $65,000 to $90,000 annually in the first year. - Day 1 Benefits: medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, and company-paid life insurance.

What You’ll Do As a CDL-A Delivery Driver
- Inspect the tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection reports.
- Inspect the bill of lading and ensure key accuracy for off‑hour deliveries.
- Drive the tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering the vehicle on the road and at customer premises.
- Maintain driver logs (Manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.
- Unload the trailer and deliver products into customer premises.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications You’ll Bring
- At least 21 years of age.
- Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A).
- At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
- Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely.
