We’re looking for a dependable, quick-thinking Dispatcher to monitor and support a fleet of drivers in the United States in real time. You’ll be the first point of contact for on-road assistance, ensuring drivers stay connected, safe, and productive.
Key Responsibilities

  • Driver Support: Monitor driver activity during shifts, verify they are online and operating in the platform, and provide immediate assistance when needed.
  • Emergency Response: Serve as the first point of contact for accidents, breakdowns, or other incidents, coordinating assistance and escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Tech Troubleshooting: Guide drivers through basic app or hardware troubleshooting (e.g., login issues, GPS problems) and escalate persistent technical issues to the IT team.
  • Communication & Reporting: Keep clear records of incidents, outages, and driver status changes. Communicate updates promptly to management and other departments.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in dispatch, transportation, logistics, or a fast-paced customer support role preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable with technology—Android, Google Maps, and fleet-management systems.
  • Availability for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
