Job Description
Nova Driving School is looking for passionate, safety‑focused Driving Instructors to join our team at our Milwaukee Avenue location in Chicago. As part of the city’s #1 driving school, you’ll help teens and adults become confident, responsible drivers through patient, high‑quality instruction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instruct students in safe and lawful driving techniques, Illinois traffic laws, and defensive driving strategies
- Adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
- Monitor student progress and provide performance feedback
- Stay informed on current traffic regulations
- Foster a positive and focused learning environment
Requirements
1.
– Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
2.
– Previous experience in driving instruction is preferred.
3.
– Above 21 years of age.
4.
– Driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years of experience
5.
– Education:
High school graduate or equivalent.
