Support drivers on the road during breakdowns, emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Essential Functions
- Provide support and information to drivers and contractors during maintenance emergencies utilizing phone, mobile messaging, email, etc.
- Coordinate with scheduler to ensure equipment is routed and scheduled in the shop for preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor the progress of repairs and make updates as needed.
- Support other ERS team members as needed.
- Perform invoice & Comdata check reconciliation when requested by manager.
- Inform WEL Operations daily of equipment and location status.
- Negotiate repair and labor costs with vendors.
- Work with drivers and operations to establish areas of improvement and contribute to team efforts and goals.
- Ensure quality and productivity goals are met.
- Assist safety and operations during emergencies and/or accidents.
- Maintain up-to-date training, standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, resources, vendor lists, etc.

Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; required
Experience:
- 1+ year of relevant experience; required
Computer
Skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows.
- Ability to learn and use proprietary software.
Essential

- Strong and impactful communication skills; verbal and written.
