About the Role:
We’re hiring a Rental Event Driver & Setup Crew Member to help with delivery, pickup, and setup of rental equipment including chairs, tables, tents, and dishware.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that involves driving company vehicles, lifting heavy-gear, working at event sites, and representing NW Event Rentals professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Drive company vans and box trucks to client locations (valid license required).
- Load and unload rental items, including tents, tables, chairs, and event supplies.
- Set up and tear down event rentals onsite (under guidance from Lead or Crew Supervisor).
- Represent NW Event Rentals professionally with clients and venue staff.
- Assist in warehouse operations when not on delivery.
- Follow all safety protocols and care for equipment properly.
- Maintain clean and organized vehicles and tools.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Comfortable lifting and moving 100+ lbs safely and repeatedly
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Clear communication and positive attitude
- Able to take direction and work independently when needed
- Event setup or tent installation experience is a plus, but not required
