FedEx Ground CDL-A Team Drivers – Earn $125,000+ Annually
HOME EVERY WEEK | 5,000+ PAID MILES | SOLO DRIVERS CAN BE TEAM-MATCHED
J&R Trucking is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for dedicated FedEx Ground linehaul routes based near Allentown, Pennsylvania. Established teams are encouraged to apply, and qualified solo drivers are welcome—we can help match you with a compatible co-driver.
PAY AND BONUSES
- Earn up to $125,000+ annually per driver
- Up to $0.90 CPM split, based on experience
- All truck miles are paid
- Teams average 5,000+ miles per week
- Paid weekly by direct deposit on a W-2
- $1,000 sign-on bonus
- Start within two weeks and the sign-on bonus increases to $2,000
- Quarterly safety bonus of $0.02 CPM for qualifying safe miles
- Annual performance and merit-pay reviews
- Referral incentive: earn an additional $0.02 CPM for each qualifying referral
- Non-taxable per diem included in each paycheck
WEEKLY HOME TIME
- 34–48 hours home every week

NEWER AUTOMATIC EQUIPMENT
- 2023–2027 Volvo VNL 860 sleeper tractors
- Automatic transmissions
- One-day skills assessment and road test
- Training includes coupling and uncoupling double trailers
- Ongoing training and support as needed
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL
- Doubles/triples endorsement required
- At least one year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last three years, or five years within the last ten years
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
- Must meet FedEx Ground qualification standards
- Established teams or solo drivers willing to be team-matched
