Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day sort operations within the station
• Mentor, coach, and train Cargo Handlers to enhance performance
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality regulations
• Promptly resolve operational issues and service failures
• Motivate the team to achieve operational goals
Requirements:
• College degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years in Fed Ex sort operations or supervisory role
• Valid driver’s license with a good record
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver 150 lbs packages
• Strong leadership and communication skills
