The Field Ops Finance Team is looking for a Financial Analyst with a primary responsibility for supporting Field Ops reporting & analysis. This position requires someone with a strong analytical mindset and has the potential to influence how Sales leaders will view and drive their business. Typical responsibilities will be the participation in Worldwide Sales and Corporate level projects and developing new reporting capabilities. Strong knowledge of logic, database structures (SQL, Access, etc.) and Excel modeling along with understanding of Finance business processes will be important to be successful in this role. This role reports to the Senior Finance Manager in Field Ops Finance Group, but interfaces with various Field Ops Business partners as well as the broader Finance organization.

Essential Functions:
• Develop insightful metrics, dashboards, and tools that reveal business trends and enhance business intelligence • Assist in the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of "Cost to Serve" reporting and analytics for worldwide Field Ops management team
• Partner with the broader functional teams such as Commissions Accounting, Sales Compensations, Product Ops, Services, and etc., to incorporate relevant business data and structures to develop a holistic view that will help to drive key business decisions

Ad-Hoc Analytics / Modeling
• Perform ad-hoc analysis of financial as needs arise (Bookings, Revenue, Margin, Product, P&L, etc.)
• Provide business decision support through the ability to model various financial scenarios
• Assist other analysts and business partners in their ability to create relevant reports and analytics

Project Management / Systems
• Assist in the automation of reporting metrics / dashboards
• Participate in additional cross functional financial systems projects
• Act as Advocates to represent WW Field Ops Finance for tools such as eBI and Hyperion Planning

– Ability to follow standard accounting and finance practices, and departmental procedures and processes.
– Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibility:
– The tasks this individual is responsible for are often non-routine and unstructured, requiring creative solutions.
– This individual will apply attained experiences and knowledge in solving routine to moderately complex problems.

Interaction:
– This individual must work effectively with Staff to Vice President level employees within the function, and the technical team on assigned projects. There may be communication with employees in other functions as required.
– Limited management direction is provided to employee on new projects or assignments as well as review of activities and priorities.
– The ideal candidate will be a proactive contributor and subject matter expert on team projects.
– To be successful, this individual must demonstrate favorable results through coaching and influencing others.
