Responsibilities Include
- Loading and securing flatbed cargo properly to prevent damage during transit
- Planning routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules
- Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety
- Maintaining accurate logs and documentation in compliance with DOT regulations
- Communicating effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate deliveries
Skills Needed
- Valid CDL-A license with flatbed endorsement
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and proper cargo securement
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to operate flatbed equipment safely and efficiently
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
