As Fleet Coordinator, you will use technology to guide your team in the field to ensure our fleet of vehicles are ready for our members. Vehicles should be clean, in good condition, and ready to drive this all depends on you. You will work internally with your team as well as externally with our various vendors to keep everyone on time, organized, and where they need to be.

What

You’ll Do:

  • Coordinating the repair life cycle of our vehicles from the time they require repair to the time they go back on the grid for rent. This includes working with ABG supply chain partners, third party maintenance vendors, third party shuttling companies, towing vendors, and impound recovery facilities
  • Updating Zipcar’s platform (work management system) daily with ETA’s of when vehicles will be complete, any pertinent notes to the repair process, and closing out the ticket loop once complete.
  • Securing in-fleets units from ABG – which includes requesting units, branding, key tethering, and up-kitting
  • Scheduling de-fleets units for disposal
  • Work with multiple platforms to ensure our vehicles meet fleet standards; appropriately schedule work for internal employees as well as third party vendors.
  • Work with data to make informed decisions on repairs and vehicle lifecycle on a daily basis

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Experience in customer support, project management, testing, or related fields
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on the business need
  • Logistics and fleet background a plus
  • Background working with third party vendors a plus
  • Background working with online ticket based work-flows a plus

The hourly rate for this position is $23/hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
