In this critical role, you will oversee the daily flight schedule for Canadian North, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will involve decision-making during irregular operations, collaboration with various departments, and managing performance indicators. As you report to the Chief Duty Manager, your leadership will directly impact service delivery in remote areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and communicate recovery plans for irregular operations
• Report on operational issues affecting performance
• Coordinate emergency responses in line with policies
• Authorize flight cancellations and notify relevant departments
• Monitor key performance indicators for operational success
Requirements:
• High School diploma or comparable experience
• At least two years in a related field
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Experience using SABRE and AIMS preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
