Job Description
Purpose of the job:
- Maintaining the bag stores housekeeping, stacking and storage compliance, replenishing the packing department.
Responsibilities
- Neatness of Forklift
- Load and offload of trucks
- Transport and stack raw materials
- Housekeeping
- Pre-operation checks and reporting issues.
- Moving pallet packed materials around the site or storage facility.
- Checking and ensuring loads are secure.
- Performing equipment checks and basic maintenance.
- Following written instructions and keeping records.
- Adhering to Health and Safety regulations.
- Ad hoc tasks
- Cording to laid down specification, Neatness of Forklift, Load and off-load of trucks,
- Transport and stack raw& packaging materials following FIFO,
- Responsible for waste management, Housekeeping,
- Completes and verifies records to document all work.
- Ensuring all items are stored in correct locations
Qualification Requirements
- Grade 12 **NB: Attach senior certificate**
- Valid Forklift License **NB: Attach copy of Licence**
Experience Requirements
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position in the FMCG environment
