Key Responsibilities:
• Process low-value shipments in compliance with regulations
• Provide accurate international shipment information to customers
• Manage commercial shipment inquiries and operations
• Maintain annual re-currency points for CCS designation
• Ensure adherence to customs rules and procedures
Requirements:
• Community college diploma or equivalent
• One year of relevant experience, preferably at Fed Ex
• Proficiency in customs regulations
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs
• Bilingual in English and French for Quebec positions
