2 & 10 Metal Recycling is seeking a Local Truck Driver focused on short routes across southwestern Manitoba. Essential responsibilities include operating various trailers and heavy equipment while ensuring safety and productivity. You’ll be involved in tasks like delivering and picking up roll-off bins and assisting with farm clean-ups, making this role dynamic and varied.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely drive trailers like roll-off and flat deck
• Operate excavators, loaders, and material handlers
• Load, sort, and dispose of scrap metal materials
• Perform light mechanical and labor tasks on-site
• Complete other assigned duties as needed
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1 license with truck and trailer experience
• Previous heavy equipment operating experience
• Ability to multitask with minimal supervision
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
