You’re stepping into a vital managerial position where you will manage logistics and transportation operations. Key focus areas are coordinating both group and transient transportation, maintaining vehicle conditions, and providing high-quality service to guests. You’ll also take part in vehicle compliance management, oversee driver training, and coordinate a variety of tasks for daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily scheduling and management of transportation services
• Ensure proper vehicle maintenance and service compliance
• Manage guest transport including arrivals and departures
• Develop processes for operational efficiency in transportation
• Help promote and market the Transportation Department
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent necessary
• Must have a valid USVI driver’s license
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift items
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
