Job Description
- Overseeing the coordination of shipments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
- Managing logistics documentation and maintaining accurate records for all transactions.
- Collaborating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to streamline the shipping process.
- Monitoring shipment schedules and addressing any delays or issues proactively.
- Ensuring compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.
- Providing regular updates to stakeholders on shipment progress and logistics operations.
- Supporting ad hoc tasks related to logistics and shipping as needed.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field.
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Experience with shipping documentation and ERP systems.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
