We are currently partnering with a global manufacturer to hire a Logistics Coordinator to support cross‑border operations and transportation coordination between manufacturing facilities and Canadian operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, managing logistics processes, and collaborating across teams to ensure shipments move efficiently and compliantly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate transportation of equipment and shipments between U.S. manufacturing plants and Canada
- Act as a key liaison with internal teams and third‑party logistics providers
- Manage shipping documentation and support import/export processes
- Monitor shipments, track deliveries, and provide status updates and ETAs
- Assist with invoicing, billing adjustments, and documentation related to equipment sales
- Support documentation for vehicle registration, licensing, and regulatory requirements
- Create and improve internal SOPs and process documentation to support operational efficiency
- Assist with reporting, tracking logistics activities, and identifying process improvements
- Provide administrative and operational support to the logistics team
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with logistics coordination, transportation, or supply chain operations
- Exposure to import/export processes or customs documentation
- Ability to create or improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Robust organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and office systems
