Position Overview
Manage and optimize supply-demand balance for 4W/2W services across assigned markets. Responsible for driver supply planning, incentive programs, promotion effectiveness, and operational KPI performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute regional supply growth and demand activation initiatives
- Implement driver compensation policies and monitor cost-efficiency
- Optimize customer promotion programs to increase demand and retention
- Work with Product/DA/Tech to adjust pricing, dispatch mechanisms, and performance levers
- Monitor operational KPIs (AR, CR, TpD, completion rate, supply gap)
- Conduct demand forecasting and recommend tactical adjustments
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in marketplace operations, growth, or mobility
- Strong data analysis and KPI management skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with product and tech teams
- Execution-focused with strong ownership mindset
- Proactive mindset, able to handle target pressure, and enthusiastic about experimentation and continuous optimization.
- Proficient in English, with the ability to work directly with international partners.
