** Summary of
Key Responsibilities *
* + Utilize EPJ, High Reach, or OP equipment (experience required).
+ Must wear work boots/steel toe shoes at all times.
+ Assemble and fill orders for shipment to customers or other divisions.
+ Load and unload common carrier and company vehicles (no driving required).
+ Assemble customer orders for shipment via UPS or LTL.
+ Process paperwork for shipments: verify merchandise, apply correct postage, complete BOL for LTL, follow shipping instructions, and insure shipments if needed.
+ Gather and verify assembled orders in carts; count and record total merchandise.
+ Pack orders into containers and arrange according to truck route.
+ Verify shipment quantities and items against invoice.
+ Substitute for other warehouse personnel when needed.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
+ Use scanner for Warehouse Management System operations: picking orders and put-away of materials after receipt.
** Qualifications & Requirements*
* + General knowledge of electrical products.
+ Excellent attendance record.
+ Ability to meet deadlines.
+ Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed.
+ Effective communication skills with co-workers to satisfy customer requirements.
+ Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately.
+ Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
