This position is perfect for a safety-minded individual who will deliver and collect waste bins from residential and commercial sites. You will operate a company vehicle and must adhere to established safety standards while providing exceptional service. The role also includes lifting waste materials up to 50 lbs and handling various waste streams efficiently during each shift.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform approved waste collections and deliver new bins
• Operate a company pickup truck safely
• Adhere to Miller Waste Systems safety protocols
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and colleagues
• Efficiently manage service requests from supervisors
Requirements:
• Clean G Class Driver’s Licence
• Valid clean driver abstract for vehicle operation
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in the waste industry is a plus
