No Experience CDL-A Truck Driver – New CDL Graduates Welcome

Pay & Compensation
- Weekly pay: $1,400–$1,700/week
- Annual equivalent: $73,000–$89,000/year
- CPM: 55¢-65¢ (increases by 1 CPM each year for up to 10 years)
- Miles: 2,000–3,000 per week
- Stop pay: $15 per stop
Home Time
- Home every 5 days, for 2 days
Orientation
- One day long
- Covers safety procedures, equipment familiarization, drug screening, and skills assessment
- Orientation pay: $300 paid with your first paycheck
- Transportation and hotel accommodations provided
Freight & Routes
- Haul 100% no-touch dry van freight on a dedicated Southwest account serving established routes throughout the region. With steady year-round freight and a predictable operating area, drivers can enjoy a consistent workload and a well-planned schedule.
Equipment
- 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia
- Automatic transmission only – manual restriction accepted
- Assigned truck

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license required
- No prior experience needed – new graduates welcome
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must reside within 100 miles of Smyrna, GA
- Basic load securement principles
- No major moving violations in the last 12 months
- Background check for last 10 years
- Must pass hair follicle and urine drug screening
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer
- Perform pre and post trip inspections daily
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and required paperwork
- Deliver freight safely and on schedule
- Operate automatic tractors with 48–53 foot trailers
- Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations
