We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Number Plate Assistant to support vehicle registration and number plate issuance activities. The role involves handling on-site operational work related to vehicle plates, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth coordination with relevant authorities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the issuance, installation, and replacement of vehicle number plates
- Coordinate with vehicle inspection and registration authorities as required
- Verify vehicle documents and ensure correct data entry
- Maintain proper records of issued and returned number plates
- Support field operations for plate fitting and delivery when required
- Ensure compliance with RTA / transport authority guidelines
- Handle customer or internal requests related to plate issuance
- Maintain tools, stock, and materials used for plate production/installation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in vehicle registration, number plate issuance, or RTA-related work (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of UAE vehicle registration procedures is an advantage
- Ability to work in an onsite, outdoor, and operational environment
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically fit for field-related tasks
- Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Valid UAE driving license preferred (if field duties required)
