You will assist in managing safety objectives and analyzing data to improve overall operational safety. Your input will directly contribute to a safer, more efficient aviation environment at Toronto Pearson Airport.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure SMS compliance with ICAO regulations
• Develop and document SMS processes across all departments
• Analyze SMS data for performance metrics
• Lead investigations into airside incidents
• Review and monitor Safety Performance Indicators monthly
Requirements:
• Minimum three years managing Safety Management Systems
• Knowledge of aviation operations and safety standards
• Proficient in data analysis and report production
• Experience in facilitating training and audits
• Ability to maintain focus in critical safety areas
