We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations & Driver Coordinator to support our daily limousine operations and manage driver-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage drivers’ attendance and daily reporting
- Track traffic fines and communicate them clearly to drivers
- Maintain and update driver files (contracts, licenses, visa documents, etc.)
- Record driver advances, petty cash, and deductions accurately in the system
- Follow up with drivers on outstanding balances and compliance matters
- Coordinate with management for approvals related to deductions and settlements
- Support day-to-day fleet and operations activities
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, transport, or logistics (preferred)
- Basic understanding of cash handling, advances, and deductions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with drivers firmly
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both spoken and written)
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
