We are actively hiring dependable Owner-Operators with Reefer (Refrigerated) Vans to join our growing last-mile delivery team. If you own—or can rent—a refrigerated cargo van and are looking for consistent, high-paying delivery work, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
- Complete scheduled refrigerated deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Maintain proper temperature control for all refrigerated cargo.
- Load, transport, and unload grocery and refrigerated products.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure your reefer unit is operating properly.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, delivery status, and any issues.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
Requirements
- Must own or be able to rent a refrigerated (reefer) cargo van before your start date.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move packages as needed.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Previous delivery or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
Shift Availability
AM Shift
- Truck arrival: 5:30 AM
PM Shift
- Afternoon routes available
